​Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Timeframe for Cancellations: Once a service is booked with a non-refundable booking amount, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. 

• Conditions for Refunds: 

  • Refunds are generally not offered. 

  • Exceptions for refunds include: 

    • Unavoidable situations such as the demise of a person. 

    • Medical conditions that prevent continuation of learning. 

  • No refunds once salon services are provided. 

• Refund Processing Time:  Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5-7 days. 

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or through direct account transfer. 

• Non-Refundable Items/Services: 

  • Salon Services 

  • Advance bookings for Makeup sessions 

  • Aesthetics & Wellness services with pre-booked non-refundable payments 

• Restocking Fees: 

  • No refunds once services are provided and the invoice is generated. 

  • If a refund is necessary, 18% GST will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

• Cancellation Fees: No refunds for advance service bookings.
